About the Album

October Evenings is an album about noticing life while it's still happening.

It lives in that brief stretch between summer and winter—when the pool water is still warm, football fills the Saturdays, leaves begin gathering along familiar roads, and evenings pull everyone a little closer to home.

But underneath the changing season is something deeper.

These songs move through motherhood, family, memory, faith, grief and love—the ordinary moments we rarely recognize as important until time has carried them somewhere we can no longer reach. A first day of school. A late summer swim. A grandfather dancing. A fire burning in the backyard. Someone we love who was there all along.

October Evenings is not an album about wishing life would stop.

It is about learning to see it before it passes.

Because someday, the ordinary evening you're living right now may be the one you'd give anything to have back.
